In the event of snow and/or ice, please call the office after 3:00 p.m. to learn if your group or class session has been cancelled. The message will be specific and will mention the date. If you hear a generic greeting stating something to the effect that “we are unable to take your call…” please hang up, wait a few minutes and call again. Our voice mail reverts to generic greetings when more than two calls are incoming.

Please note that it is difficult for us to make the cancellation decisions. We have not been able to satisfy everyone when we need to make these decisions, but we try to use the best weather and traffic information available, and we always think of safety.
